KUALA LUMPUR, September 19, 2025 – Mingothings International (MTI), a global leader in innovative technology solutions, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aerodyne Group, a world-renowned provider of drone-based enterprise solutions and AI-powered data analytics. This significant partnership was unveiled during the Smart City Expo KL, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration aimed at driving forward national infrastructure and smart city innovations.


Under the terms of the MoU, Aerodyne Group will bring its cutting-edge drone technology and AI-driven solutions to the partnership, while Mingothings International will serve as the solutions integrator and business development partner for IoT and smart city initiatives. The agreement was signed by Francesc Domingo, CEO of Mingothings International, and Ir Dr Lim Eu Shawn, Chief Business & Solutions Officer of Aerodyne Group. The event was graced by esteemed guests, including José Luis Pardo Cuerdo, Ambassador of Spain to Malaysia, and Alfonso Vegara, President of Fundación Metrópoli, along with strategic partners from BCN Smart Technologies Sdn Bhd.


This collaboration aims to combine Aerodyne’s expertise in drone technology and artificial intelligence with MTi's strength in IoT solutions and smart city projects. Together, both companies will work on transforming Malaysia's infrastructure while also exploring global opportunities. The collaboration spans key areas such as smart city development, national infrastructure management, bushfire management, and next-generation open data solutions.
